The recovery ritual pros build their homes around

The RECO Infrared Sauna brings professional-grade heat recovery home. Built from premium Red Cedar and powered by far-infrared and carbon-plate heaters, it delivers deep, even warmth that penetrates muscle — the same recovery modality trusted by the NFL and Olympic-caliber athletes who back RECO. An overhead red light therapy panel layers in an extra recovery mechanism most home saunas don't offer at all.

Built for serious recovery — priced to actually own one

Premium infrared saunas routinely run five figures. RECO delivers the same craftsmanship — Red Cedar, tempered glass, an immersive session — starting at $4,100, so a real home recovery setup isn't reserved for pros with sponsorships.

Backed by a 1-year warranty and a founder you can actually reach

Every RECO Infrared Sauna is covered by a 1-year warranty. And RECO isn't a faceless corporate brand — have a question about installation, electrical requirements, or which size fits your space? Talk to a founder before you buy — a level of accountability the category leaders don't offer on a purchase this size.

Frequently asked

Is infrared different from a traditional sauna?
Yes. Infrared heats your body directly rather than heating the air around you, so you get deep, muscle-penetrating warmth at a more comfortable ambient temperature.

What are the electrical and installation requirements?
Requirements vary by model and size. Reach out or talk to a founder before you order and we'll confirm exactly what your chosen size needs for your space.

What warranty comes with it?
Every RECO Infrared Sauna includes a 1-year warranty.

How long until it arrives?
Each sauna is built to order and typically ships within about 2 months of purchase.
